Founded in 1996, The Pen and Paper Stationery Company is one of Cardiff’s only dedicated art, stationery and gift shops. Proudly independent and family-run, we’re tucked away in the beautiful Royal Arcade, part of the historic Victorian and Edwardian Morgan Quarter — a haven for anyone who loves creativity, craftsmanship and a good old browse.
