- How Do We Deliver?
99% of our sales are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery. This method can track the delivery and is usually quick and reliable.
- Delivery Charges
All UK orders over £19.95 are FREE.
UK under £19.95 is £2.25.
EU orders are £7.50.
Rest Of The World £15.00.
- Will I need to sign for my parcel?
Yes, all parcels must be signed for upon delivery. Anybody can sign for the parcel.
If you know nobody will be available to sign please contact us to arrange an alternate delivery service.

- Who are The Pen & Paper Stationery Company Ltd?
We have been selling since 1996. Unlike many competitors who operate off shore or from a warehouse we have a retail shop in Royal Arcade Cardiff.
The directors are Philip & Wendy Bottrill. All the staff who may be involved with the processing of your internet order work on our retail shop floor.

All payments are through Sage Pay, a safe and secure form of payment and regulated by the banks. The card details are not passed to our business , we are only authorised by Sage Pay which therefore offers peace of mind.
