Delivery Information
- How do you deliver?
99% of our sales are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded Delivery. This method can track the delivery and is usually quick and reliable.
You have the option to upgrade your delivery to 1st Class Recorded or a Special Guaranteed Next Day delivery, for UK customers only.
- What are your delivery charges?
UK Delivery, Orders of £25 or over: Normal Second Class Recorded Delivery - Free
First Class Recorded Delivery - £3.99
Special Guaranteed Next Day - £7.99
UK Delivery, Orders under £25: Normal Second Class Recorded Delivery - £2.99
First Class Recorded Delivery - £3.99
Special Guaranteed Next Day - £7.99
EU orders are £7.50.
Rest Of The World £15.00.

- Will I need to sign for my parcel?
Yes, all parcels must be signed for upon delivery. Anybody can sign for the parcel.
If you know nobody will be available to sign please contact us to arrange an alternate delivery service.
- How quickly do you deliver?
Our standard postage service is Royal Mail Second Class Recorded which usually takes around 2-3 days but it can sometimes take a little longer. If you haven't received your items after 7 days then drop us an email or give us a ring and we'll check the status of the parcel for you.
If you need the items delivered quicker the you can select First Class Recorded (Usually 1-2 days) or Special Delivery (Guaranteed Next Day).

- Who are The Pen & Paper Stationery Company Ltd?
We have been selling since 1996. Unlike many competitors who operate off shore or from a warehouse we have a retail shop in Royal Arcade Cardiff.
The directors are Philip & Wendy Bottrill. All the staff who may be involved with the processing of your internet order work on our retail shop floor.

- How Safe Are My Card Details?
All payments are through Sage Pay, a safe and secure form of payment and regulated by the banks. The card details are not passed to our business , we are only authorised by Sage Pay which therefore offers peace of mind.
- Unsure about your purchase?
Feel free to contact us with any questions you may have. If a picture is unclear or the details insufficient whatever the problem contact us. All contact details available through the 'Contact Us' page.
- I need some advice about a product
If you're unsure about the exact details of a product or if you just want reassuring you can drop us an email or give us a call and we'll be more than happy to help you out and give advice. All our contact details can be found here.
- Can I order over the phone?
Of course you can. Just give us a call on 02920 373738 at anytime during our opening hours and you can speak to a member staff to place your order.
- I've changed my mind or want a refund or exchange
No problem. We can refund or exchange any item within 7 days of you receiving it so long as the items haven't been used and are in resalable condition. All you need to do is send the items back to us with a note explaining what you would like us to do. You can also give us a ring or email us for more advice.
