charge in delivery costs you will be informed prior to despatch, therefore retaining your right to proceed or cancel your order.
In such a situation a full
refund will be given.
We reserve the right to cancel any order where visual information indicates an error in price, description or picture. A full refund will be given if payment has
already been made.

to clear before despatch of your order. Internet Transactions by Credit Card are received on our Secure Site.
Goods are supplied to availability, we offer no compensation for any item we can not supply.
A full refund will be given for any item paid in advance
which we cannot supply.
Delivery charges: £2.25 for all purchases up to £49.99. FREE DELIVERY ON ALL PURCASES OVER £50.00 - UK ONLY). Countries within
the EC delivery will be charged at £9.95. Rest of World £15.00.
Allow 28 days for deliver. Should we not execute our order within this time you reserve the right of cancellation with a full refund. We will attempt to
advise you on the progress of your order if time delays are possible.
Any delivery that is damaged, incomplete or incorrect must be notified to The Pen and Paper within 3 working days.
Any unwanted goods returned will be subject to a credit less 10% of the total purchase price to cover our Postal Charges and administration costs.
Should you wish to cancel any internet order we must be notified within 7 working days.
Please be aware that your name and address will not be given to any third party which may be lead to unsolicited mail.
